PGA DFS Picks
Golf DFS has no positions, no game script and no defence. It has one structural risk that dwarfs everything else: the cut.

Six golfers, one salary cap, no positions
You select six players under a cap. There are no roster slots to fill, which removes the positional puzzle entirely and turns the exercise into pure value selection across a single pool.
Scoring runs across four days rather than three hours. A lineup is live for most of a week, and the leverage from a single correct call compounds over far more holes than any other sport offers.
The cut is the risk that matters
Roughly half the field goes home after two rounds and stops scoring entirely. A golfer who misses the cut is not a bad result — it is a zero for the remaining half of the contest. Managing cut probability across six selections is the core problem, and it has no analogue in team-sport DFS.
Course fit is a real and usable signal
Courses reward different skills: driving distance at some venues, approach precision or putting on particular grass types at others. Player performance is measurably sticky by course archetype, which makes fit one of the more durable public edges in golf.
Common questions
How many golfers in a PGA DFS lineup?
Six on the major platforms, with no positional requirements — any six players from the field, under the cap.
